Okay, maybe one awesome thing. For now.
But seriously, I love this. it's addicting, BUT IT'S GOOD FOR THE SOUL.

I love this thing, it's so neat. :D
Basically, you sketch poses for 30 (or more/less with adjustment) and try to finish the pose as quickly as you can. It doesn't sound very helpful at first, but it gets you to practice doing human poses and anatomy (both male and female). Doing it regulary on a daily basis is a good idea.
It gets addicting after a little while. :D
My sketches suck, but ones below in the videos make me cry with shame are cool to look at.

And yeah, it's nude people. BOOBIES.
